* You have to be planning on proposing to the love of your life on February 14th from 2-4 pm in a public place, it could be a park, it could be your special corner table at a bistro, or even your mom’s rose garden as long as its outdoors and in the North East Detroit area, within 15 miles of Macomb Twp.
* Your girl shouldn’t know anything about it, at all, this has to be a surprise.
* You need to make sure you have everything you are planning prepared in advance, like any candles, flowers, champagne, picnic basket or anything special you are planning for that day.
* You need to make sure you are both dressed appropriately for that day. I know is going to be hard and it might involve you picking your beautiful woman what you want her to dress for the day.
